Cancellation Policy

The following terms of policy are confirmed when your booking is finalised.

Cancellation Policy:

Supplier Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that Pop Catering are unable to attend your event for any reason and are therefore required to cancel. You (the client) will be notified at the soonest convenience and a FULL refund will be payable to you (the client) immediately.

Client Cancellation:
Should the cancellation be prompted by the client, the client is required to contact Pop Catering (the supplier) at the soonest convenience. The client is entitled to a refund of 50% of your deposit fee if cancelled at least 180 days (6 months) prior to the event date. No refund will be issued for the deposited amount if cancelled within the 180 days of the date of the event.

The cancellation policy is subject to change prior to booking, once your booking has been confirmed by way of deposit, the policy agreed at the time of booking is the policy that the supplier (Pop Catering) and the client are tied in to, and so cannot be altered unless agreed by both parties in writing.
